Refund and Returns Policy

  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

Please Note : If there is any defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

  2. Prepare the Item: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:



Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 15 working days.
  • Denial: If your return is denied, we will notify you and provide the reason for the denial.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders.
