Cancellation and Refund

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at ultimatechoicee@gmail.com with your order details. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not available. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund (see Return and Refund Policy below).

2. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund conditions.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Process

Contact us at ultimatechoicee@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for the return.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items with manufacturing defects or incorrect orders received. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, items on clearance, and customized products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We’re here to help make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable!
